There isn't any rule that we can't do both kinds of learning simultaneously... and well, frankly speaking, we are in need of teachers/instructors who are good in both deen and dunya, so give it a try .. *after scowling at the comment above*

I know you didn’t really ask for advice, but I do find Quranic recitation/lectures and learning more about our deen really satisfying.
