IF Pervez Musharraf is an unconstituional president:

• The oath of PM Gilani that he administered is irrelevant, making Gilani an unconstitutional PM.
• The oath of governors he administered are invalid.
• The setting up of Islamabad High Court is unconstitutional.
• The oath of ministers is invalid.
• The 18th February elections are not constitutional and invalid.
• NRO is invalid and Asif Zardari is still a criminal, running freely in the country.
• The decisions of judges in Sharif brothers’ cases are invalid as they were given by judges whose oath were not valid.
