Posted by anas on Jun 8, 2008 in Pakistan | 1 commentIF Pervez Musharraf is an unconstituional president:
- The oath of PM Gilani that he administered is irrelevant, making Gilani an unconstitutional PM.
- The oath of governors he administered are invalid.
- The setting up of Islamabad High Court is unconstitutional.
- The oath of ministers is invalid.
- The 18th February elections are not constitutional and invalid.
- NRO is invalid and Asif Zardari is still a criminal, running freely in the country.
- The decisions of judges in Sharif brothers’ cases are invalid as they were given by judges whose oath were not valid.
